At The Voyage Restaurant students showcase their exceptional talents and deep passion for food and beverage, paired with a natural flair for hospitality.

Your dining experience at The Voyage includes four distinct educational sessions. In the front of the house, we offer insights into service and bar management, while the kitchen features lectures on both culinary and pastry techniques.

Open for lunch and dinner, The Voyage Restaurant presents a rotating prix fixe menu that highlights the culinary talents and creativity of our students. Enjoy a tasting menu that includes amuse-bouches and elegantly crafted petit fours during the evening service.

As a training restaurant, we prioritise education, with our lecturers providing guidance and feedback to enhance the students' knowledge, skills, and service.


Opening Dates and Hours

Opening Dates for the Academic Year 2026-2027

Please note that The Voyage Restaurant’s opening dates and hours are aligned with our students' timetables. The restaurant is closed during academic holidays and does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

  • 12th October 2026 – 18th December 2026 (7 December closed)

  • 4th January 2027 – 15th January 2027

  • 8th February 2027 – 17th March 2027

  • 5th April 2027 - 14th May 2027

Restaurant examinations will be held between the 17th and 28th May 2027

Opening Hours from

Lunch

  • Monday to Friday

  • Guests must be seated by 12:00 pm.

Dinner

  • Thursday and Friday

  • Guests must be seated by 7:30 pm.

Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the training nature of the restaurant.

The restaurant operates with a single seating for both lunch and dinner, closing at:

  • 2:30pm for Lunch

  • 10:30pm for Dinner

For the second semester, starting on 9th February, updated opening hours will be provided closer to the date.

Dress Code

We kindly request that guests adhere to a smart casual dress code while dining at The Voyage Restaurant, unless otherwise specified. Please avoid wearing athletic or sports uniforms, slippers, beach sandals, or flip-flops. These guidelines help ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

Menus

At The Voyage Restaurant, our menus are updated regularly to align with the students' study programmes. To help students achieve their learning objectives, we kindly request that patrons choose a variety of dishes from our menu, based on the daily availability provided by our staff.

To ensure a seamless dining experience, please inform us of any allergies when booking. Due to the training nature of the restaurant, allergies not communicated in advance may not be accommodated.

Special Dietary Requirments

To accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, please inform us when making your reservation. While ITS takes every precaution to prevent cross-contamination and adheres to communicated allergies, please note that our shared kitchen environment may limit our ability to fully prevent cross-contamination. Therefore, ITS cannot guarantee complete prevention for special dietary items.

Special Request Cakes

For your special occasion at The Voyage Restaurant, you can order a custom cake in advance. The flavour will depend on what the lecturer and students are preparing that day. When making your reservation, please inform us of your request, and we will check with the lecturer and inform you of the planned flavour for your booking date.
