Our Story

At the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), as part of their learning outcomes, students prepare and serve at specifically designed training restaurants. Two training restaurants, The Voyage Restaurant and Runway restaurant, may be found at the ITS campus in Luqa and Il-Menħir Restaurant may be found at the ITS campus in Qala, Gozo.

During the scholastic year, our restaurants offer their own unique lunching and dining experiences. These restaurants are operated by lecturers and their students, as part of the students’ study programmes, where students prepare different dishes and desserts that they serve to the customers.

Cocktail Judge for a Night

Event organised and hosted by Undergraduate Diploma in Events students, as part of their assessment.

€15 per person
It's a night out where you'll witness students crafting a variety of cocktails featuring Angostura Rum, with you as the judges. Equipped with scorecards to rate the cocktails, this promises to be an enjoyable evening.

This is strictly a 17+ event
