The RUNWAY restaurant embodies the aspirations of ITS students in the culinary world,
showcasing their talents and profound passion for food and beverage, complemented by a
genuine flair for hospitality. The restaurant offers a unique and refined dining experience
for our esteemed guests.
Throughout the dining experience, two distinct lectures take place within the restaurant:
the service lecture in the front of house and the kitchen lecture in the back of house.
Our menus are subject to periodic changes, featuring a curated three-course meal comprising
a starter, main course, and dessert, accompanied by an assortment of freshly baked in-house bread.
Given the nature of this training restaurant and the concurrent lectures,
instructors may offer guidance and corrections to students in areas of knowledge, skills, and service.
Opening Dates and Hours
Please note that the restaurant's opening dates and hours align with our students' timetables.
It remains closed during certain months corresponding to their academic holidays and
is not operational on weekends and public holidays.
Opening Dates: 16th October – 22nd December 8th January – 22nd March (Examinations 22nd January – 2nd February) 8th April – 31st May (Examinations 20th May – 31st May)
Opening Hours: Lunch: Monday to Friday at 12:00 pm
Please note that guests must be seated at 12:00 pm for lunch.
Latecomers cannot be accommodated due to the training nature of the restaurant.
The restaurant operates with a single seating for both lunch and dinner, closing at 2:30 pm for lunch.
Please be aware that while ITS strives to minimize changes, opening dates may be
subject to short-notice adjustments based on academic needs, seasonal factors,
item availability, events, or other considerations.
Reservations
Reservations are essential and can be made online or by phone at 23793100
uring office hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm).
To ensure a seamless dining experience, please inform us of any allergies when booking.
Allergies not communicated during booking may not be accommodated due to the restaurant's training
nature.
Dress Code
We kindly request guests to adhere to a smart casual dress code while dining at the
restaurant unless specified otherwise. Please refrain from wearing athletic or sports
uniforms, slippers, beach sandals, or flip-flops. These standards are in place to ensure a pleasant
experience for all our guests.
Menus
At the Runway Restaurant, our students, under the expert guidance of their instructors,
prepare and serve meals. Our menus are periodically updated to align with the
requirements of our students' study programs.
For the students to reach their learning outcomes, we kindly request patrons
to make diverse selections from our menu offerings, taking into consideration
the daily availability provided by our lecturers.
Prices
The current pricing at The Runway Restaurant are as follows: Monday to Friday Lunch: €15
During examination period pricing at the Voyage Restaurant are as follows: Monday to Friday Lunch: €23 including a half bottle of wine and a half bottle of water per person
Please note that the prices listed are per person and do not include the cost of beverages not listed on the
menus.

Reservations for parties of 6 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Drink Packages
For group tables with a minimum of six persons, ITS offers drink packages. Please inform reservations of
your choice when booking.
Package 1:
€6.00 per person, including a welcome drink, unlimited water, and soft drinks.
Package 2:
€10.00 per person, including a welcome drink, unlimited water, soft drinks, and half a bottle of wine
per person.
Special Dietary Requirements
To accommodate special dietary requirements, please inform us when booking.
While ITS takes precautions to prevent cross-contamination and adheres to
previously communicated allergies, please be aware that the shared kitchen
environment presents limitations. ITS cannot guarantee complete cross-contamination
prevention for special dietary items.
Special Request Cakes
You can order a special cake for your special occasion in advance.
The flavour will depend on what the lecturer and students are preparing that day.
Prices as follows: Small (8 portions): €15
Medium (12 portions): €25
Large (16 portions): €35
A €1 per person service fee applies to cakes or additional food items beyond the standard
offerings.
