Our Story

At the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), as part of their learning outcomes, students prepare and serve at specifically designed training restaurants. Two training restaurants, The Voyage Restaurant and Runway restaurant, may be found at the ITS campus in Luqa and Il-Menħir Restaurant may be found at the ITS campus in Qala, Gozo.

During the scholastic year, our restaurants offer their own unique lunching and dining experiences. These restaurants are operated by lecturers and their students, as part of the students’ study programmes, where students prepare different dishes and desserts that they serve to the customers.
